Applications for WPS2 are allotted monthly, usually on or around the 17th of each month, except during months ahead of independent property valuations. These months are typically June and December, but may extend to March and September.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process applications received after 2pm AEST on the allotment date and they will be held and processed on the following allotment date.

The quarterly distribution will be paid 45 days after quarter end and may contain tax-deferred amounts.

The funds in the wholesale series year end for taxation purposes is 30 June, at which time the net income and the components of the distribution are determined. The total annual distribution is advised in the Annual Tax Statement, mailed to investors in August.

The funds are managed investment trusts for the purpose of subdivision 12-H of the Taxation Administration Act 1953 (Cth). These components are provided solely for the purposes of subdivision 12-H and should not be used for any other purpose.

Extension of fund equity raise period March 2024
During the March 2024 quarter, the Board of WPS2 approved the extension of the fund's equity raise period by 12 months from July 2024 to July 2025. The extension will provide the fund opportunity to capitalise on potential pricing dislocations as well as new opportunities that have emerged and begun to emerge from the current stage of the valuation cycle. There are no other changes to the term of the fund, including the timing of the realisation period.
