When we invest in community organisations, we always look to deliver more than financial value. This is also true of our approach to sponsorship, which aims to support, empower and advance the people and businesses we partner with.
We're pleased to support community and industry initiatives that foster inclusion, connect communities and inspire generations. By working in partnership we can drive lasting change.
We’ve extended our partnership with Cricket NSW as major partner of the NSW Women’s Team, the Breakers until 2025. Collectively, we are working to elevate the sport, encourage support and participation within the community and ensure the long-term success of the players.
This includes the evolution of our ongoing mentorship program, designed to actively drive the players’ off-field success. In the first year of the mentorship program, 11 of the Breakers 22-23 season players were paired with a Charter Hall senior executive to mentor the women and help prepare them for life after cricket. This unique mentorship program was more than a one-way opportunity - Charter Hall’s mentors also benefited from the vast and varied experience of the players.
As the principal sponsor of the Charter Hall Shute Shield, we understand the importance of grassroots rugby in fostering talent and strengthening communities. An important cornerstone of community sport, the competition has experienced a tremendous resurgence since we first partnered with NSW Rugby Union six years ago.
We continue to acknowledge the dedication of the competition's volunteers through the Charter Hall Shute Shield Community Spirit Award. The award highlights volunteers who have made a significant contribution to their club and foster a sense of community, engage new participants and are a source of encouragement for supporters of all levels.
Increasing the female talent pipeline and creating a gender-inclusive environment for all employees is a key focus. We are deeply aligned with the Chief Executive Women’s (CEW) mandate, through our memberships, course participation and sponsorship of their annual dinner.
Attended by CEW members, sponsors and CEOs from across the country, CEW's annual dinner is one of the most prestigious events in Australia’s corporate calendar, celebrating women leaders and their work.
As one of Australia's leading integrated property groups, we have a responsibility to build relationships with industry peers, facilitate knowledge sharing and drive important conversations forward.
Sponsoring the Property Council Congress, Australia's number one property conference, is a meaningful way we can support the industry and address the big issues driving property development and investment in Australia and globally.
We sponsor the Property Leaders’ Summit, an exclusive invitation-only event that connects property investment decision makers with Australia’s political leaders. The event provides an unparalleled opportunity for domestic and international property leaders to discuss the future of the industry and get an insider’s view of the political landscape by key leaders from all sides of government.
We support Australia’s leading finance conference and biggest fundraiser for medical research, as well as provide premium office space to Hearts & Minds at Chifley Tower.
The Sohn Hearts & Minds Conference is a rare opportunity for industry heavyweights, global thought leaders, fund managers, CIOs/CEOs and investors to be in the one room, to network and access exclusive insights, whilst raising much needed funds.
As a sponsor of the Woolies Wheels and Walks, we’re proud to partner with our tenant customer Woolworths Group and Tour de Cure to raise vital funds for cancer research, support and preventions projects.
Each year, we join hundreds of people to ride and walk across the country and raise funds for Tour de Cure grant projects – funding the boldest research and the most talented scientists.
At Charter Hall, property is our speciality, and because of our managed funds, it's also a highly accessible asset class. Together we can help build your wealth, even if this is your first investment.
