We welcome you to our asset on Wurundjeri land. Purpose-built for Australia Post, this asset is a workplace designed for collaboration, connection, inclusivity, well-being and sustainability to usher in a new chapter for Australia Post in Melbourne. Charter Hall secured the project with local developer PDG Corporation.

The asset features attractive 3,000sqm floor plates and 1,000sqm of retail space on the ground level.

The building was constructed under a carbon neutral framework and was carbon neutral enabled on completion. Achieving a 6 Star Green Star rating and Platinum Well rating, the development demonstrates Charter Hall’s continued commitment and leadership in embedding ESG in its assets.
