We welcome you to our asset on Wurundjeri land. Purpose-built for Australia Post, This asset will deliver a workplace designed for collaboration, connection, inclusivity, well-being and sustainability to usher in a new chapter for Australia Post in Melbourne. Charter Hall secured the project with local developer PDG Corporation.

The building is being constructed under a carbon neutral framework and will be carbon neutral enabled on completion. Targeting a 6-star Green Star rating, the development will demonstrate Charter Hall’s continued commitment and leadership in embedding ESG in its assets.
