We're innovating at an asset level that exceeds the industry standard to drive greener warehouse operations. We actively partner with our customers to achieve our shared sustainability goals.

We have delivered on our strategy of Net Zero Carbon in operations by 2022 and recently achieved our goal of procuring 100% offsite renewable electricity for our portfolio. We are proud to have received recognition as a global leader for our climate reporting.

Maximum 6 Star Green Star achieved for Wetherill Park Distribution Centre

Charter Hall's Prime Industrial Fund (CPIF) achieved a 6 Star Green Star Design & As-Built rating for its recent development at 300 Victoria Road, Wetherill Park, NSW.

The Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) awarded the highest possible rating of 6 Stars in Building Design & Construction, to Wetherill Park Distribution Centre (Building 2) upon its completion.

The initiative was in collaboration with Marley Spoon and EBOS Group Australia Pty Ltd, which occupy the new facility.
