SIV Approved Property Funds

The Australian Federal Government implemented the Significant Investor Visa (SIV) program in 2012 to provide an opportunity for high net worth investors to seek permanent residency in Australia. This legislation currently requires individuals to invest at least $5 million Australian dollars into investments that meet the SIV guidelines.
