Terms & Conditions

I/We acknowledge and agree as follows:

1. To the extent the fund which is linked to this Application (the Fund) has issued an Information Memorandum (IM):
   a. I/We have personally read and understood the IM accompanied by, or linked to, this Application and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.
   b. I/We represent and warrant that I am/We are not, as a result of the law of any place, a person to whom the offer under the IM may not be lawfully made, and am/are not acting for the account or benefit of another person in any jurisdiction to which it would be unlawful to make the offer under the IM.
2. I/We agree to be bound by the constitution of the Fund, as amended from time to time.
3. I/We acknowledge that an investment in the Fund is subject to investment and other risks, including possible delays in repayment and the loss of income and the loss of capital invested.
4. I/We acknowledge that Charter Hall does not guarantee the performance of the Fund or the return or repayment of capital or income.
5. I/We represent that all details contained in this Application are complete and accurate.
6. I/We will separately notify Charter Hall if a “politically exposed” person/people/organisation has been included in the Application for the purposes of the AML Legislation.
7. I/We undertake to provide any information that Charter Hall reasonably requires for the purposes of Charter Hall's obligations under the AML Legislation.

Please note: Application Forms received from companies or corporate trustees must be completed in accordance with their constitution.
