Caruso Investor Portal FAQs

Caruso is the new registry provider for Charter Hall Institutional Property Funds

Caruso provides registry administration services and secure digital access to your Charter Hall institutional investments.

Through the Investor Portal, investors will be able to access documents and transaction information, manage account details and complete investment applications. This change is administrative only and does not affect your investments, fund holdings or investment terms. Access will be available from 16 November, 2026.

Historical registry records, documents and transaction information will be transferred to Caruso and made available through the Investor Portal.

Who can be an Authorised Decision Maker for my investing entity?

An Authorised Decision Maker is someone within your organisation who is authorised to make changes to your investment account. This may include updating distribution preferences, banking details, contact details and communication preferences, or applying for Charter Hall funds that are open for investment.

To nominate an Authorised Decision Maker, contact the Institutional Client Services team at [email protected].

Group email accounts cannot be nominated as an Authorised Decision Maker.

Will I still need to complete paper application forms or AML/KYC documentation?
