Unlisted Direct Property Funds have the following features:

  • They can provide an attractive income return. It is important to note that different investments carry different levels of risk. For example, while an investment in direct property may offer a significant yield premium over other asset classes, it may carry additional risks. 
  • They can provide the potential for capital growth.
  • The tax deferred component of income distributions from Unlisted Direct Property Funds may provide tax benefits if the investment is held prior to and sold in the pension stage.

Unlisted Direct Property Funds deliver sustainable and stable income, derived from real properties with long leases and locked in annual rent increases plus the potential for capital growth.
