The Fund is actively managed with a focus on securities that, in the opinion of the Manager, are trading at deep discounts to the medium-term intrinsic value of the underlying investment. It invests in listed property securities to provide access to a diversified portfolio of quality commercial property across multiple property sectors.

The Deep Value AREIT Partnership No.3 is actively managed with a focus on securities that, in the opinion of the Manager, are trading at deep discounts to the medium-term intrinsic value of the underlying investment.

It invests in listed property securities to provide access to a diversified portfolio of quality commercial property across multiple property sectors.

Investment strategy

The Fund’s investment strategy is to:

  • determine investment opportunities utilising data-driven stock valuations and a high conviction approach with quantitative and qualitative processes in accordance with the investment criteria;
  • invest in Australian property related securities that the Manager considers are trading below the medium-term intrinsic value of the underlying investment;
  • actively manage the Portfolio of no more than 20 underlying investments to achieve returns based on a price target and relevant IRR hurdles; and
  • review and balance the Portfolio, including where appropriate, selling securities to maximise risk adjusted returns for Investors.
