Charter Hall Group (Charter Hall or the Group) is pleased to announce that the Charter Hall Social Infrastructure REIT (ASX: CQE) has completed the sale of a childcare centre at 93 Cabramatta Road, Mosman NSW at a competitive public auction.
The asset, which is leased to Goodstart Early Learning, sold for $4.41 million, reflecting a 2.75% yield and a 16% premium to December 2022 book value.
CQE Fund Manager Travis Butcher said, “We are pleased to see the private investor market continues to recognise high quality childcare assets with the sale at Burgess Rawson auction of our Goodstart leased asset in Mosman NSW. We will continue to curate the portfolio to drive earnings growth for CQE.”
