We welcome you to our asset on Wurundjeri and Bunurong land. This asset underwent a major redevelopment in 2015, whereby the podium floors 2 to 11 were extended to provide floor plates of over 2,750 sqm, increasing the overall building NLA by almost 16,000 sqm to 50,000 sqm.

The ground floor lobby and retail areas were completely rebuilt, as was an extensive end of trip, bicycle parking and fitness centre, all for the exclusive use of building tenants.
