We welcome you to our asset on Bunurong land. This asset is a generic high grade distribution facility purpose built for DHL, having a total GLA of 33,770sqm (42% site coverage) and 3,150sqm super awning.
DHL is an international courier, parcel and express mail service which is a division of the German logistics company Deutsche Post DHL Group, the world’s largest logistics company in over 220 countries and territories worldwide.
The warehouse facility provides a high 13.7 metre clearance to the ridgeline, provide loading via 8 on grade doors and 22 recessed docs, be fully ESFR sprinklered with a 53m wide hardstand apron.
There is vehicular access to the site via Maidstone Street onto Jordan Close which is a two-way bitumen roadway with concrete kerbing and channelling, footpaths and street lighting. Maidstone Street and Jordan Close are B-Double approved routes allowing for 24 hour access.
