Erin Kent

Deputy Fund Manager

Erin joined Charter Hall Group in July 2025 and has 17 years’ of financial experience, over 15 years being in the Australian real estate sector. In her role, Erin oversees the strategic financial planning and provides advice for approximately $24 billion of funds under management across 20+ funds.

Prior to joining Charter Hall, Erin worked at The GPT Group for over 12 years, most recently as Head of Finance, Group and FP&A with experience spanning financial reporting and analysis, corporate transactions and funds management. Erin is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the CFA Institute and holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and Finance with Honors (Class I) from the University of Wollongong.
