Walter Carpenter

Walter Carpenter is a successful business leader and company director. 

Walter was previously the Chairman of the Campus Living Villages Fund and has many years of experience in the acquisition and successful merger of companies, the expansion of sales teams and company revenues, the creation of systems to facilitate the administration, management and corporate governance of small and medium sized business that are undergoing rapid growth.

Walter has previously been involved in significant commercial property transactions over a 30 year career including as the Chief Executive Officer of national commercial property agency and valuations firms Savills (Australia), General Manager of First Pacific Davies (Hong Kong), and a Manager at Jardine Fleming Australia Capital Ltd. Walter also retains significant financial transaction and financial industry experience from his experience working as a Manager in Corporate Banking from Lloyds Bank NZA, ABN Australia and in addition as a Senior Auditor at Price Waterhouse in Sydney.
