Charter Hall WALE Limited, as responsible entity for the Charter Hall Long WALE REIT (ASX:CLW) is pleased to announce an unfranked distribution of 6.5 cents per security (actual) for the quarter ending 30 September 2017.
Proposed payment details are:

| Securities trade ex-distribution: | 28 September 2017 |
| Payment date: | 15 November 2017 |
CLW advises that the Distribution Reinvestment Plan will remain in place until further notice, with the last day for lodgement of DRP election notices being 5.00pm on 2 October 2017. The DRP issue price is at a 1% discount to the average of the daily volume weighted average price of securities in ordinary trading on the ASX over a 10 trading day period commencing on 4 October 2017, and ending on 17 October 2017.
