Charisse Nortjé has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary of Charter Hall Retail ManagementLimited, the responsible entity of the Charter Hall Retail REIT (ASX: CQR) together with Mark Bryant.
Charisse and Mark are jointly responsible for the Company Secretary role for CQR and the personsresponsible under Listing Rule 12.6 for communications with ASX. Mark continues as Charter Hall Group General Counsel and Company Secretary.
Charisse is a Fellow of the Governance Institute Australia and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators UK (FGIA/FCIS) and has previously worked in similar roles at Centuria and 360 Capital. Charisse has extensive company secretarial experience including working in the United Kingdom for seven years as General Counsel & Company Secretary for listed and unlisted companies across mail/logistics and manufacturing/engineering industries.
