Driven by the desire to keep evolving and getting better, Natalie leads through insight and innovation, constantly seeking new ideas that will add value to the business, and making it happen through the required capabilities. She has shaped an open, permeable workplace that fosters greater connections not only between our people, but those we partner with. A space that supports shared expertise, proactive partnerships and fresh thinking that will ultimately ensure more meaningful, holistic outcomes for our customers. 

Natalie also oversees the company’s involvement with Pledge 1%, a corporate philanthropy movement based on giving 1% of our people’s time, profits and product to the communities in which we operate.
