Meet our partners
Cricket NSW
We’ve extended our partnership with Cricket NSW as major partner of the NSW Women’s Team, the Breakers until 2025. Collectively, we are working to elevate the sport, encourage support and participation within the community and ensure the long-term success of the players.
This includes the evolution of our ongoing mentorship program, designed to actively drive the players’ off-field success. In the first year of the mentorship program, 11 of the Breakers 22-23 season players were paired with a Charter Hall senior executive to mentor the women and help prepare them for life after cricket. This unique mentorship program was more than a one-way opportunity - Charter Hall’s mentors also benefited from the vast and varied experience of the players.
Charter Hall Shute Shield
As the principal sponsor of the Charter Hall Shute Shield, we understand the importance of grassroots rugby in fostering talent and strengthening communities. An important cornerstone of community sport, the competition has experienced a tremendous resurgence since we first partnered with NSW Rugby Union seven years ago.
We continue to acknowledge the dedication of the competition's volunteers through the Charter Hall Shute Shield Community Spirit Award. The award highlights volunteers who have made a significant contribution to their club and foster a sense of community, engage new participants and are a source of encouragement for supporters of all levels.
Chief Executive Women
Increasing the female talent pipeline and creating a gender-inclusive environment for all employees is a key focus. We are deeply aligned with the Chief Executive Women’s (CEW) mandate, through our memberships, course participation and sponsorship of their annual dinner.

As a sponsor of the Woolies Wheels and Walks, we’re proud to partner with our tenant customer Woolworths Group and Tour de Cure to raise vital funds for cancer research, support and preventions projects.
