Healthy work environments

We take an industry-leading position to create healthy work environments in the industrial sector. For example, we have partnered with Morsl to create healthy self-service food micro-markets in our facilities.

We also partner with Healthy Heads in Trucks and Sheds to increase awareness and provide mental health support services in the workplace.

Designed to deliver tangible health and wellbeing results for your business and contributing to employee engagement and productivity, our industrial and logistics developments offer leading amenities, advanced health and hygiene standards and CBD style offices with the latest in Indoor Environmental Quality.

Future-focused

We are committed to diversity and inclusion, with Charter Hall a founding member of Women in Industrial, an industry association that advocates for greater female participation in the Industrial & Logistics sector.

We are proud of our employee engagement at 93% and that our business has been recognised as one of Australia's Best Places to Work in the 2021 AFR Boss list.

Morsl.

We've partnered with Morsl, which offers a 24/7 self-service, healthy micro market to employees in warehouses, providing convenient access to healthier food and a healthier lifestyle.

Employees who work in the industrial and logistics sector are faced with many environmental impacts to their mental and physical health, including long, physical work shifts, elevated noise levels, and limited access to healthy food options in and around their workplace.

Kickstart Cafe, Payce Foundation

Charter Hall partners with the Payce Foundation’s Kick Start program, a social enterprise which supports youth facing barriers to employment and provides new skills and qualifications. As part of the program and our involvement, we have seen:

  • 10 current trainees
  • 1,793 trainee hours worked
