There are currently two funds in the Wholesale Property Series that are open for investment. Wholesale Property Series No.1 (WPS1), which will close to new investment on Wednesday, 1 June 2022 and Wholesale Property Series No.2 (WPS2), which launched on 11 April 2022. Applications for WPS2 are allotted monthly after the first allotment date, on or around the 17th of each month, except in June and December, when they will be on or around the 1st of the month. We encourage investors to send their application to the Registry at least two days prior to the allotment date to ensure that it is received in time.

The funds in the wholesale series year end for taxation purposes is 30 June, at which time the net income and the components of the distribution are determined. The total annual distribution is advised in the Annual Tax Statement, mailed to investors in August.
