The Bairnsdale facility is the main production facility for Patties and the warehouse comprises food processing and meal preparation, packaging areas and a chiller/freezer component with a 10,000-pallet capacity. The facility is both historically and strategically significant for Patties, with operations dating back to 1976 and being recognised as one of the largest pie factories in the world.
The office provides double storey accommodation, while the manufacturing facility provides four components, each utlilised for the manufacturing of Patties’ major products (Four’N Twenty pies, sausage rolls and pastries).
The facility is accessible via two main ingress and egress points along the Princes highway with full drive around capability.
