It incorporates a gross leasable area of approximately 45,202 square metres and an agreement to expand by a further 13,266 square metres was recently signed. This facility sits on a 19.8 hectare site, adjoins the northern end of Launceston Airport and is approximately 15 kilometres from Launceston’s CBD.
