The Pakenham facility comprises a purpose-built food production facility for Patties Foods Group, constructed in the 1970’s and substantially refurbished with over $11m spent in 2020/2021.

The warehouse comprises production areas, dry good storage and chiller and freezer components. Patties Foods Group is one of the largest pie manufacturers in the world, producing some of Australia’s most famous household and market leading brands, including Four’N Twenty, Patties, Herbert Adams, Boscastle, and Nanna’s.
