Heritage

The original street level stonework and statement bronze horse by Italian sculptor Ludovico De Luigi were retained when the office tower was built in 1990.

When you enter through the towering timber entrance doors, three acres of meticulously manicured private gardens flow from the art-filled lobby lined with Jarrah panelling.

Flooded with natural light through expansive windows on all sides, the large column-free floor plates are flexible, suiting a wide range of tenant purposes.

Tenancy areas of up to 1,134sqm typically consist of carpeted floors, high suspended ceilings, lighting and air conditioning (to a base building standard). Supplementary air conditioning for tenanted areas is also available.
