Stage 1 was completed in May 2017 and includes a 25,571 sqm facility with 15,278 sqm leased to Bracknells Warehousing and 10,293 sqm to BAM Wine Logistics.

Stage 2 of the development, a 31,029 sqm facility for existing CPIF Tenant Customer GWA (Caroma) reached practical completion in April 2018 and achieved a 5 Star Green Star rating. 

The remaining 27,500 sqm is currently being developed.
