Richard was appointed as Non-Executive Director of Folkestone Real Estate Management Limited in June 2016.

Richard was a career banker leading ANZ’s Australian health, aged care and retirement living business until recently. He has an established network with stakeholders in the aged care and retirement sector, including Government, operators and advisers to the industry. Appointments have included being a member of the Government’s ACFI Monitoring Committee and the Aged Care Prudential Governance working group. He is chairman of 2 residential aged care providers. Richard is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Bachelor of Economics (Honours).
