Portfolio Overview

CLW has a 50% interest in a partnership that owns a portfolio of 36 Telco Exchange Properties. The Properties house a range of network infrastructure including mobile network sites and backhaul, broader fibre network infrastructure and copper network assets. The portfolio is underpinned by long-term, triple net leases to Telstra Corporation Limited and is supported by high underlying land value given the Properties are primarily located in CBD locations.
