The Charter Hall Direct Industrial Fund No.2 is an unlisted property fund investing in a diversified portfolio of prime Australian industrial property assets.
The fund aims to deliver investors with sustainable, stable, tax-advantaged income, plus the potential for capital growth.
The fund’s initial seven-year term will end in December 2019. Charter Hall will write to all investors in September 2019 to provide an update on the fund and information on the liquidity event. Under the PDS, it was intended to send this correspondence in June 2019. However, this has been delayed to ensure the most current information can be provided to investors ahead of the liquidity event. Depending on the quantum of withdrawal requests, it is expected that all redemptions will be satisfied in full in December 2019 or the first quarter of 2020.
Existing investors can access information on their holding through InvestorServe, a secure online facility hosted by the registry, Boardroom. Investors can view details of their holding, update personal information or communication preferences and download historical statements or correspondence.
