The Liquidity event is an opportunity for investors to exit some or all of their investment in the fund by submitting a withdrawal request.
The withdrawal form can be found on the last page of the fund update document or by clicking the link below. If you wish to exit some or all of your investment, you need to complete the withdrawal form.

|Withdrawal offer close date||5:00pm AEST Thursday, 31 October 2019|
|Target liquidity event payment date1 for those investors who wish to exit||By 31 March 2020|
1. The target liquidity event payment date assumes that the fund term is extended.
The Responsible Entity expects that less than 50% of the units will be subject to a withdrawal request and the term of the Fund will be extended. In that case, the proposed liquidity strategy will be implemented and the fund website will be updated to notify investors and subsequently provide investors with the final withdrawal price.
