The Charter Hall Direct Industrial Fund No.2 is an unlisted property fund investing in a diversified portfolio of prime Australian industrial property assets.
The fund aims to deliver investors with sustainable, stable, tax-advantaged income, plus the potential for capital growth.
In September 2019, ahead of the conclusion of the initial seven-year Fund term, we wrote to investors to provide a Fund update, a recommendation to extend the term of the Fund and to provide an opportunity for investors to exit some or all of their investment in the Fund.
We are pleased to advise due to overwhelming investor support the Fund term has been extended by three years to December 2022 and all redemption requests will be met in full prior to 31 March 2020.
Existing investors can access information on their holding through InvestorServe, a secure online facility hosted by the registry, Boardroom. Investors can view details of their holding, update personal information or communication preferences and download historical statements or correspondence.
