Warning: Fraudulent activity with Charter Hall branding
Charter Hall Group (Charter Hall or the Group) is aware of a fraudulent investment prospectus and PDS in circulation, falsely branded as Charter Hall’s “Real Estate Investment Fund Capital protected”.
This 22-page fake prospectus contains logos, images and information that belongs to Charter Hall, however it was not produced, authorised or distributed by Charter Hall.
As a result, we have taken immediate action and informed the relevant authorities, in line with our legal and ethical responsibilities.
