Zone at Sydney Olympic Park comprises three separate office buildings each over six levels, known as Buildings 5, 6 and 7. Together, they total 42,500 square metres of A-grade office space and 6,100 square metres of retail space with 900 underground secure car spaces.
One of the features of the project is an impressive 28 metre high glass-enclosed atrium that contains four steel bridges spanning the 20 metre wide space, supported by steel macalloy bars.
The entire office component of the development was pre-committed by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia for a 12-year lease term, and the building was pre-sold to Colonial. Buildings 6 and 7 were sold to Colonial as DA approved sites and was subsequently developed by Colonial with CBA as the office tenant.
