Atrium is a contemporary A-grade office building located at the edge of Sydney CBD's financial core, overlooking one of the world's most vibrant waterfronts.
The building comprises 16,832 square metres of office space over seven levels, with a 3,000 square metre retail arcade and parking for 188 cars.
The entire office component was pre-leased to American Express International Inc. on a 12 year lease. This was in addition to the lease signed with Coles Supermarkets Limited at the outset of the project for a full-range supermarket and Liquorland on a 20 year lease term.
