275 George Street is an A-grade, 30 level office tower with an adjoining annex building that offers 40,317 square metres of office space, a stunning lobby with two cafes, and 1,431 square metres of retail space across nine tenancies.

With spectacular 360 degrees views of the Brisbane River and cityscape, the building is situated within Brisbane's cultural hub and is within close proximity of restaurants, entertainment venues, childcare facilities and shopping.  The shared public plaza incorporates cross site links and one of the most significant installations of public art on private land in Brisbane’s CBD.

The tower’s design is as an articulated square shape that features a centre core with natural light on all four sides of the building.  The tower features typical floorplates of 1,301 square metres and podium floorplates of 2,200sqm. Charter Hall secured Brisbane’s largest CBD tenant pre-commitment with Telstra occupying 50,000 square metres of office space across both buildings.
