Charter Hall Group (ASX: CHC) is pleased to announce a distribution of 20.84 cents per security (cps) for the half year ending 31 December 2022. This represents a 6.0% increase on the 1H FY22 distribution per security of 19.66cps.
A portion of this distribution will be paid from both Charter Hall stapled entities based on the following composition:
• 11.46 cents per security distribution from Charter Hall Property Trust
• 9.38 cents per security fully franked dividend from Charter Hall Limited
The franking credit attached to the fully franked dividend from Charter Hall Limited is equal to 4.02 cents per security.
