Charter Hall WALE Limited as responsible entity of the Charter Hall Long WALE REIT (ASX:CLW) has been advised that the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) has granted approval to David Jones for the 20 year, triple net leaseback (NNN) of the David Jones flagship “Elizabeth Street store” located at 86-108 Castlereagh Street, Sydney.

As a result, the condition precedent of the contract has been satisfied and Settlement of the property is expected to occur on Friday 12 March 2021.
