Ms Melrose holds a Bachelor of Business (Land Economy) from Western Sydney University.
CQE Chair, Grant Hodgetts said he was pleased to welcome Ms Melrose to the Board and looked forward to her contribution.

The Board and I look forward to working with Kate as we continue our strategy to enhance income sustainability and resilience by improving the quality of tenants and leases within the diversified portfolio”.
“In welcoming Ms Melrose to the Board, I also acknowledge the significant contribution of Vic Cottren. Vic has been a valued member of the responsible entity Board since 2004, including as Chair from 2009 to 2015.
