Charter Hall Funds Management Limited (CHFML), the responsible entity of Charter Hall Property Trust (theTrust), declares that the Trust is a managed investment trust for the purposes of Subdivision 12-H of Schedule 1 of the Taxation Administration Act 1953 (Cth), in respect of the six month period ended 31 December 2016. The components below are provided solely for the purpose of Subdivision 12-H and should not be used for any other purpose.

Managed Investment Trust (MIT) information, relevant mainly for non-resident unitholders and custodians of non-resident unitholders, is set out in the table above. MIT information is not relevant for Australian resident unitholders for the purposes of completing their income tax returns. Details of the full year components of distributions will be provided in your annual tax statement which will be issued in August 2017.
