Charter Hall appoints Greg Chubb as Head of Retail Property Services
Charter Hall Group (ASX: CHC) (the Group) today announced the appointment of Greg Chubb as Head of Retail Property Services, a newly created role to manage the growth and quality of the retail service operations within the Group.
Mr Chubb will be responsible for the Group’s retail property services strategy and management of its 80 shopping centre retail property portfolio. Operations reporting to Mr Chubb include retail property management, retail asset management, retail developments and leasing. He will also join Charter Hall’s Executive Leadership Group and will report to David Southon, Joint Managing Director.
Mr Chubb has over 25 years’ experience in retail strategy, management, development, leasing andoperations. Most recently, as Property Director for Coles Supermarket Australia he was responsible nationally for property at Coles - one of Charter Hall’s key tenant partners, and prior to this was Managing Director Greater China of Sandalwood. Mr Chubb has also held various senior positions withother corporate property groups.
David Southon said Mr Chubb will be a valuable addition to the Group’s management team.
