Charter Hall Retail REIT Company Secretary change

Charter Hall Retail Management Limited, the Responsible Entity of Charter Hall Retail REIT (ASX:CQR) (the ‘REIT’), today announces the appointment of Rebecca Pierro as Company Secretary for the REIT, replacing Carolyne Rodger. Ms Rodger is continuing in her role as joint Company Secretary for Charter Hall Group.

Ms Pierro has eight years’ experience as a Company Secretary for listed and unlisted property REITs and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons), and is undertaking a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and a Masters of Legal Studies.

Ms Pierro is the person responsible under Listing Rule 12.6 for communications with ASX.
