Charter Hall Group Market Announcement

Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) (the Group) refers to recent media articles regarding possible property acquisitions in Perth, Western Australia.

Charter Hall's policy is not to comment on press speculation concerning incomplete transactions, subject however to its obligations to keep the market fully informed.

In light of recent media speculation and the potential impact on the trading price of CHC securities, Charter Hall confirms that it, on behalf of a number of capital partners, has been granted exclusive due diligence on Raine Square in Perth, and has been in commercial negotiations in relation to Innaloo Shopping Centre in Perth.

There is no certainty that either transaction will occur, however Charter Hall will advise the market if and when formal binding contracts are exchanged.
