Charter Hall Group Company Secretary Change

Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) (the Group) announces that Carolyne Rodger has resigned as Joint Company Secretary effective today.

Tracey Jordan was appointed Joint Company Secretary for the Group on 20 December 2012, in addition to her role as Group General Counsel, and is now solely responsible for the Company Secretary role.

Ms Jordan is the person responsible under Listing Rule 12.6 for communications with ASX.
