Charter Hall Group Board Change

Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) (the Group) today announces the retirement of Roy Woodhouse as Deputy Chairman and a Non-Executive Director of the Group's Board.

Chairman, Kerry Roxburgh, said: 'Roy has made an outstanding contribution at Charter Hall over the past eight and a half years, initially as a privately owned business and subsequently as a listed A-REIT. His experience in the property sector has been invaluable and he has provided wise counsel and guidance as Deputy Chair. We will miss his industrious and enthusiastic approach. On behalf of the Board and all of us at Charter Hall, I thank Roy for his significant contribution and we all wish him a complete recovery from his recent poor health.'
