Charter Hall Distribution Reinvestment Plan Issue Price

Charter Hall (ASX:CHC) today announces the Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) issue price for the half year ending 30 June 2013 is $3.8465 per security, based on the average of the daily volume weighted average market price of all stapled securities traded on the ASX over the 15 business days from 1 July 2013 to 19 July 2013 inclusive. The DRP issue price incorporates the 1.0% discount announced on 17 December 2012.
Charter Hall expects to raise approximately $8.3 million from the DRP, following a preliminary participation rate of 26.5%. The DRP units will be issued on the distribution payment date, being on or about 28 August 2013.
