Macquarie CountryWide Trust - Auction results


Macquarie CountryWide (ASX:MCW) announced that two properties were sold for $8.8 million at an auction held yesterday in Melbourne. The property at Plympton, South Australia anchored by Coles was sold for $5.075 million, while Georgetown in Tasmania, anchored by Woolworths, was sold for $3.75 million. This equates to a blended yield of 6.8 per cent and a resultant profit over the original cost base of the properties of $2.2 million.
