Charter Hall Industrial has an extensive background in the development and delivery of quality industrial real estate and continues to remain a market leader in this area.

Through our 50% interest in CIP – a leading national industrial pre-lease developer – we have direct access to and are involved in the development of strategic industrial and logistics properties of the very highest quality.

To date, CIP has developed a total building area in excess of 1,060,000 square metres, with another 260,000 square metres currently under construction for major occupiers such as Coles, Toll, Fosters, Caterpillar, Linfox, Schenker and Grace.

In addition to the relationship with CIP, we have also partnered with a large range of external developers and corporates to acquire and develop prime institutional grade assets. The extensive range of potential sources of industrial investment product and development expertise enables us to provide superior outcomes for both our space occupiers and investors.

By working in partnership with our high-calibre occupiers, we can deliver highly functional industrial and logistics spaces tailored to suit their needs, while ensuring a sound investment outcome.

Over the past seven years in particular, we’ve been actively involved in the ownership and delivery of 20 newly-developed property assets valued in excess of $600 million and covering approximately 410,000 square metres of floor space, for blue-chip clients such as Woolworths, Coles, Australia Post, Volkswagen, Toll and Electrolux.
