Charter Hall Direct BW Trust (BW or Trust) - Important information: Meeting results

On Wednesday 24 April 2024, a meeting of Charter Hall Direct BW Trust investors was held to consider converting the Trust to become open ended, with rolling five-year Investment Periods, the next of which will end in 2029.

We are pleased to advise that investors voted in favour of the resolution. We will provide further information to investors in due course, including to those investors that submitted a Liquidity Request form.
