Established in 2004, the trust has a 25% ownership of 400 Kent Street, Sydney. The property is a modern 11-level office building completed in early 1992 and refurbished in 2005. The November 2010 unitholder meeting resulted in an extension of the trust for three years. The asset sale campaign concluded with a preferred party in due diligence, at a sale price exceeding book value. Settlement for the property is expected in late July/early August 2013, with a return of capital for investors to occur shortly after that.
