Established in 2001, this closed-end syndicate held three assets: Wharf 10, located at Pyrmont Bay, NSW and is a modern office and retail space constructed in July 2001; 137 McCredie Road, located approximately 23 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and comprised of a modern warehouse and manufacturing area, plus an office component; and 271/273 Wellington Road, Mulgrave. These properties have all been sold and the net sale proceeds returned to investors.
