Diversified Property Fund (DPF) was an unlisted property fund that was launched in November 2005.
The Fund has now finalised the sale of its remaining assets. Residual funds from the final asset sale were returned to investors on or around 19 February 2016. The Fund has now been wound up. A final periodic statement and taxation statement will be provided to investors in July 2016.
