Product Disclosure Statement (PDS)
The responsible entity (RE) advises that the PFA Diversified Property Fund (PFA) is closed for new applications, and therefore the product disclosure statement (PDS) has been withdrawn. 

The most recent PDS for PFA was issued by a former responsible entity, Property Funds Australia Limited, on 8 June 2007, when the trust was listed on the Bendigo Stock Exchange (BSX).

This PDS may be accessed for information purposes only. The application form and directory sections of the PDS have been removed as the fund is closed for new investments.

The RE is a member of the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). FOS is an independent complaints resolution service that you may contact if you have a complaint that is not resolved within the specified timeframe (usually 45 days) or you are not satisfied with our response.
