  • What is the value of my investment?

    Dividends are paid to shareholders by companies out of their profits. Distributions are paid to investors by trusts, such as the Charter Hall Long WALE REIT.     Distributions are payable quarterly and received by Securityholders within two months following the end of each distribution period, being the quarters ending 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December each year.

    The REIT’s first distribution is expected to be for the period from Allotment to 31 December 2016. Thereafter distributions will be paid quarterly. The first quarterly distribution period will commence on 1 January 2017 and end on 31 March 2017.

This form is available from the registry or by signing into the Securityholder Login facility. Please note the account cane provided must be in the name of the registered Securityholder.

This ensures we are providing you with information you need in the fastest, most cost effective manner possible, whilst reducing our environmental impact.   • When will I receive my annual tax statement?

    A tax statement for the tax year to 30 June is mailed to all unitholders who have held an investment in the Stapled Trusts during that tax year. The tax statements are mailed approximately seven weeks after 30 June each year. The tax statement summarises the distributions paid during the year and includes information required to complete your annual tax return. To view and download your tax statement use the Securityholder Login facility available on this website. You will need you SRN or HIN along with your surname and postcode to log in.

  • How to make a complaint?
